Склонные к полноте люди боятся попадать в ситуации, когда, скорее всего, придется есть. Они боятся ходить в гости, бывать на семейных праздниках, посещать рестораны, а также ездить компанией на природу, где наверняка будут костер, шашлык и алкоголь. Страхи эти чаще всего происходят от запретов. Сна-чала человек запрещает себе питаться вкусно, разнообразно, обильно. Исключает из своего рациона половину, а то и три чет-верти продуктов (ничего сладкого, ничего жирного, ничего мучного). Естественно, соблюдать такие ограничения крайне трудно. Человек начинает страдать, а потом «срывается». В результате
с трудом сброшенные, они возвращаются. И диету приходится начинать сначала.
Зная этот сценарий, полный человек старается жить своебразной жизнью, полной лишений и жалости к себе. И вот здесь возникает главный вопрос.
Дело в том, что еда - это фективный бытовой сант, успокоительное средство, лекарство от плохого настроения. А что можно противопоставить страху сорваться и поправиться? Во-первых, твердое убеждение, что еда необходима нашему организму: без еды мы долго не протянем. Во-вторых, безусловно, нет вредной еды. Раз данный продукт существует в структуре нашего питания, значит он по каким-то соображениям был отобран в ходе эволюции человека; значит он имеет какие-то уникальные
вещества, необходимые нашему организму. Следовательно, мы хотя бы иногда должны его есть. В-третьих, чем больше мы двигаемся, чем лучше у нас настроение, тем больше жира расщепляется в мышцах и, соответственно, тем труднее будет набрать лишние килограммы.
На свежем воздухе
Итак, пикник. «Против»: много еды, жирных закусок, жареного мяса, алкоголя. «За»: свежий воздух, радость общения с друзьями, хорошее настроение, спортивные игры, повышенный мышечный тонус на несколько дней вперед.
ТЕПЕРЬ ВОПРОС: как во время пикника свести к минимуму риск на-брать лишние килограммы?
НА СЫТЫЙ ЖЕЛУДОК Не старайтесь соблюдать разгрузочный режим в день поездки на пикник. Не пытайтесь голодать и до поездки. Наоборот, лучше поесть. Да, на пикник надо ехать сытым! Но желательно, перекусить чем-нибудь нежирным.
АКТИВНЫЙ ОГДЫХ
Будет прекрасно, если хотя бы часть времени на пикнике вы посвятите прогулке, играм, купанию.
После праздника
Не следует отчаиваться, если на следующий день после пикника вы обнаружите, что весите на 1-1,5 кг больше. Это ни в коем случае не накопленный жир. Чаще всего такие прибавки в весе связаны с задержкой воды в организме из-за потребления алкоголя и соленой пищи. Если на следующий день вы не будете злоупотреблять солью и пивом, то уже вечером ваш вес восстановится.
Таким образом вы добьетесь чувства максимальной сытости, используя при этом продукты минимальной калорийности.
Все любят жареное мясо, но мало кто любит жареный свиной жир. Соответственно, чем менее жирное мясо вы будете готовить, тем вкуснее и полезнее получится блюдо. Не обязательно жарить свинину. На природе отлично идут говядина, баранина, рыба.
Не бойтесь есть во время пикника хлеб, точнее лаваш. Напоминаю, хлеб не ведет к полноте, хлеб от полноты защищает.
Алкоголь, безусловно, мешает худеть и поддерживать стабильный вес. Он стимулирует аппетит, способствует потере контроля над поедаемым. Наименее опасное так называемое медленное питье - long drink.
Это когда вы медленно пьете слабоалкогольные напитки: сухое вино, шампанское, коктейли или пиво.
В этом случае вам, возможно, удастся обойтись сравнительно небольшим количеством спиртного. И еще совет. Не начинайте трапезу с алкоголя, особенно с крепкого. Как и любой продукт, способствующий набору веса, алкоголь лучше принимать уже на сытый желудок.

Барбекю из телячьей вырезки
Бутерброд для пикника
Заверните в лист лаваша (20-30 г) кусок сыра сулугуни (50 г), лист салата и кружочек помидора. Если сулугуни пресноват, то можно чуть посолить. Килокалорий в таком бутерброде не больше 110, жира - всего 4 г.
Кусок телячьей вырезки (120 г) слегка отбить, посолить и выложить на решетку для барбекю. Запекать на углях до готовности. Калорийность: на 100 г всего 120 ккал. Содержание жира - не более 4 г, то есть меньше, чем в стакане ряженки.
Жарить можно не только мясо. На шампур нанизываются помидоры, баклажаны, сладкий болгарский перец. Запекать на углях до готовности. Осторожно снять обгоревшую шкурку. Посолить. Получается очень вкусно и неопасно для фигуры: порядка 20-30 ккал на 100 г продукта.
