«Медиа Сити» просторно и людно, как на «Мосфильме» 80-х: снует персонал, мелькают лица известные и не очень, в коридорах отдаются эхом разговоры о договорах, камерах, творческих муках. На студии удивительно много молодежи. Приятные персонажи, модно одетые и беседующие об актуальном, сторожат вход в павильон, суетятся с реквизитом, сидят в монтажных. Это новички, рядом с ними трудятся те, кому лет на пять побольше. Они успели побывать на телевидении, поснимать клипы или рекламу. Теперь эти люди составляют костяк «Медиа Сити».
«Мы собираем молодых профессионалов из всех областей, - говорит генеральный директор киностудии Дмитрий Гранов. - Навыки, конечно, необходимы, но личностные характеристики мы тоже рассматриваем. В отличие от того же «Мосфильма» здесь не встречаются пьяные «гении», хотя люди часто работают сутками. «Медиа Сити» - производственная машина, но красивая, модная, блестящая. Человеку, который к нам приходит, мы не скажем: «Вы плохо выглядите, вы нам не подходите». Но, попав в наш «Люба, дети и коллектив, человек постепенно подтягивается, перенимает положительные качества. У вас - гламурный журнал, у нас - гламурный бизнес.
У нас создается концепт, который смотрит вся страна: кто как одет на экране, кто как загримирован».Дмитрий считает, что работы его студии задают всей стране не-кий стиль, но оговаривается:
«мы не настаиваем на своем лидерстве. Кроме нас на рынке есть много ребят, делающих достойные вещи. И, возможно, из-за своих объемов мы проигрываем в деталях. Сейчас я сделаю громкое заявление: мы строим новое. Не беру строительство как физический процесс (хотя стройка идет все время), строим мы новое отношение ко всему. Таких предприятий, как наше, еще не было. Наши друзья, коллеги, конкуренты делают что- то подобное, но более локально.
Мы же замахнулись на крупное.
В «Медиа Сити» спокойно чувствуют себя все виды производства шоу, теле-, кино- и рекламного бизнеса.
Компания «Амедиа» снимает здесь сериалы «Моя прекрасная няня», «Не родись красивой», «Люба, дети и завод», «Адъютанты любви». А недавно запустила новый проект с условным названием «Л» как любовь». И в каждом на-звании есть слово «страсти нежной». Здесь это считают доброй приметой удачных съемок. Готовый продукт всегда можно переименовать. В случае с «Не родись красивой» так и вышло: изначально телероман назывался «Влюбиться в Москве». В «Медиа Сити» мы делаем длинные проекты. Сериалы снимаются по 8 месяцев, по году. Сейчас у нас 9 павильонов, будет еще больше. Мы полностью обеспечиваем процесс съемок, у нас есть пост- продакшн: спецэффекты, озвучание. Есть цеха, которые обеспечивают костюмами и декорациями. Мы первыми использовали технологии, которых в России не было. Внедрение проходило с боями. У старых профессионалов сильна инерция, люди не хотят переучиваться. В кино все процессы персонально связаны с людьми, их привычками, которые приходится ломать».
Значит, не только молодые работают в «Медиа Сити»? «Создаем симбиоз, - говорит Дмитрий Гранов. - Опытные волки необходимы.
Но, обладая фундаментальными знаниями, они могут уступать молодым ребятам, которые, может быть, и поверхностны, но и открыты инновациям.
Все знают, что в кино девушка с хлопушкой может сказать: «Эта пуговица неправильная, я хорошо знаю этот исторический период», и к ней прислушаются. При всей четкости субординации, девушка с хлопушкой сегодня хлопает, а завтра становится стейдж- менеджером. У нас возможен рост. Когда мы начинали, то на рынке труда не было нужных нам профессий. Мы
посмотрели в штатное расписание, набрали нужное количество людей, потом присматривались, меняли их местами. Ребята, сейчас работающие на низшей должности оцифровщика, на следующих проектах становятся звукооператорами или видеомонтажерами. Наше сообщество демократично, но в нем есть свои строгости. Охранник хватает, к примеру, Джигарханяна: «Чего без пропуска ходите?» - а он просто бейджик забыл нацепить.
В то же время представители желтой прессы могут проникнуть на съемки, наслушаться отрывков фраз и наутро выдать статью со ссылкой на высшее руководство. Их отлавливают, выдворяют, они же опять появляются в массовке. Статисты, не имеющие отношения к прессе, утром снимаются, а вечером выкладывают свои наблюдения в Интернете, а потом газеты их тиражируют. Но это нормально, это значит-людям интересно».
Со временем здесь организуют экскурсии, как в Голливуде, но нужно отработать такую технологию, чтобы никому не мешать. Ведь производственный процесс не останавливается ни на час. Скоро будут сделаны душевые и комнаты отдыха. «Конечно, не такие кабинки-капсулы для сна, как в Японии. Что-нибудь свое придумаем, ведь пост-продакшн иногда работает сутками. Съемки начинаются в 9 утра, заканчиваются в 10 вечера. Все открыто, ходят актеры, друг с другом общаются, заводят романы. Не знаю, хорошо это или плохо, главное, чтобы процессу не мешало. Среди сотрудников возникают семьи. На территории появляются кошки. Мы знаем их по именам. Знаем, кому какая принадлежит. Они знают, куда можно идти, куда нельзя. Там, где кошки, нет крыс. Значит, кабели, костюмы и обувь - в безопасности. И кино снимут в срок».
