Валерия, каково быть красивой женщиной?
Я вовсе не считаю себя канонической красавицей. И вообще, что такое красота? Я с детства замечала, что бывает лицо правильным, даже идеальным, но вот красивым его почему-то не назовешь. У меня есть одна знакомая женщина, которая сделала, наверное, уже сто пластических операций, отточила свои лицо и тело до совершенства, но не стала ни капли счастливее. А все потому, что человек она недобрый, и никому с ней рядом не бывает комфортно. По-моему, красота - это внутреннее состояние, положительная энергетика. Когда лицо освещено внутренней красотой, мимо такой женщины никто не пройдет. Обаяние не останется незамеченным.
Стало быть, можно и не стремиться к параметрам 90x60x90?
Я не это имела в виду. Женщина на то и женщина, чтобы стремиться к совершенству. И я считаю нашим законным правом тратить время и деньги в фитнес-клубах, салонах красоты, у ви-зажистов. Мы делаем макияж, прически, модно одеваемся, чтобы нравиться мужчинам. Даже машины выбираем под цвет глаз. Это правильно, это справедливо. И все же, в первую очередь надо делать это ради себя самих. Потому что любовь к себе несоизмерима ни с чем, и ради нее стоит идти на разные подвиги.
А как вы совмещаете любовь к себе и троих детей? Ведь беременность портит фигуру...
Из-за таких нелепых предрассудков лишать себя самого большого счастья? Честно говоря, не боялась. Я знала обо всех «прелестях», которые сопутствуют беременности и кормлению. Обо всех этих лишних килограммах и том, как трудно бывает от них избавиться. Я была готова и принимала меры. Не объедалась, считала калории, минералы и углеводы, чтобы ребенок получал все необходимое... Что еще? Делала специальную гимнастику, пользовалась кремами от растяжек. Правда, скоро поняла, что они мне не нужны, у меня кожа и так эластичная.
Ради любви к себе стоит идти на разные подвиги.
И в первую, и во вторую беременность я ничего не набрала. Только с третьим ребенком, признаюсь, немного расслабилась на последнем месяце. Результат - лишних 10 килограммов. Но я до-вольно быстро от них избавилась. Месяц занятий в тренажерном зале, строгое питание - и все ушло.
Голодали?
Голодать не могу. У меня наступает полная недееспособность. Портится настроение, может даже голова разболеться. Если все же приходится посидеть на голодном пайке, то выхожу из поло-жения миндалем.
А на диетах вы сидите?
Самое эффективное - не наедаться на ночь.
Но у меня есть и одна очень специфическая диета. Грейпфрутово-яичная. Она элементарная и эффективная. Берешь три грейпфрута и три яйца вкрутую и питаешься ими целый день. На завтрак - грейпфрут, а через час сорок пять - яйцо. Обед и ужин - по той же схеме. Но моя самая любимая диета - гречневая. Это даже и не диета, а такой рацион. Когда надо бывает похудеть, «сажусь» на гречку. Единственное, при этом нельзя есть на ночь. Хорошо выпить зеленого чаю с капелькой меда. Но по правде говоря, я так уж активно калории не считаю, потому что нет у меня особой предрасположенности к полноте. Тем не менее в узде себя держать надо всем. Я даже завтракаю нежирным творогом или кашей на воде... И еще мы соблюдаем православные посты. Я заметила, что если им следовать, то уж точно никогда не поправишься.
Видно, что жестокими диетами вы себя не истязаете. Если волосы в таком отличном состоянии, то это значит, что с питанием все нормально.
Действительно, волосами горжусь. И цвет почти мой, натуральный. Я от природы блондинка, просто немного «подсвечиваюсь».
Простите, любопытно стало: а зачем вы подстриглись?
Вокруг так много длинноволосых блондинок, все они этакие Барби. Мне кажется, от них уже в глазах рябит. В общем, не хочется быть одной из многих.
А какие средства макияжа и ухода у вас в приоритете?
Вот уже пять лет я пользуюсь средствами швейцарской фирмы Cellcosmet. А к выбору декоративной косметики подхожу импульсивно. Например, блески для губ предпочитаю от Helena Rubinstein. Парфюм - обязательный атрибут женщины?
Я считаю, что у каждой женщины должен быть мер, надеть обычные джинсы с кофточкой от Gucci. У меня очень много спортивной одежды - костюмов, курток, кроссовок. Все это невероятно комфортно. Самое главное, чтобы вещи мне шли и были удобны.
А вот ювелирные украшения, я вижу, вы почти совсем отрица-ете... Почему?
Бриллианты - это, конечно, замечательно, но по-настоящему ведь не они украшают женщину, правда?
Да, я к ним совершенно равнодушна, хотя у меня их много. Я ношу драгоценности лишь иногда, и только те, которые создают настроение. В поиске неповторимых украшений я создала свою коллекцию изделий из бриллиантов.
Правда, раньше я меняла духи... Нет, не как перчатки. Одним ароматом могла пользоваться, скажем, три года. А сейчас у меня свой, индивидуальный, аромат. Совместно с французской парфюмерной компанией Nnikoff мы выпустили духи под названием De Leri. И теперь каждый может легко узнать и попробовать мой запах.
Если честно, в жизни вы такая же, как и на эстраде?
Вы знаете, в жизни я люблю спортивный стиль. Вернее, спортивно-романтический.
Разумеется. Когда я встретила Иосифа, все вокруг зашептали: «Она сделала пластическую операцию». Это была полная чушь, даже говорить смешно. Но, наверное, что-то во мне действи-тельно изменилось, я даже внешне стала выглядеть юной. Любовь (и все, что ей сопутствует) идет на пользу и внешности, и самочувствию.
Я в этом убедилась на собственном опыте.
